We developed and created a design, then subsequently constructed and brought it to completion. The process involved different stages which are Initial Consultation (The process began with an initial consultation between the client and our design-build team. During this stage, the client expressed their needs, goals, and budget for the project. We gathered information to fully understand the project requirements). Conceptual Design (Based on the client's requirements, we created a conceptual design that outlined the general vision for the project. This included sketches, floor plans, elevations, and other visual representations to help the client understand the proposed design). Design Development (started when the conceptual design was approved. we began refining and developing the design. This involved creating detailed plans, technical drawings, 3D renderings, and specifications that lay out the dimensions, materials, and systems to be used in the project). We did Budgeting and Cost Estimation and we started the Construction Once all necessary approvals were obtained. Quality Control and Inspections have been completed before the Project Completion and Handover.
